Soulardarity in NYC: Give For Change!
Join Soulardarity staff Jackson Koeppel and Shimekia Nichols to learn about their work building energy democracy in Highland Park, the heart of Detroit! Starting from the repossession of 2/3 of Highland Park's streetlights in 2012, Soulardarity has made powerful strides towards sustainability and self-determination with community-owned solar streetlights, education, advocacy, and organizing. Join us for food, drinks, and inspiring stories at the home of Diane and Gerard Koeppel. This is an opportunity to support a real grassroots, community-led movement for positive change. We hope you will join us!
Suggested minimum donation is $25, but all are welcome to attend! Donation levels:
