Every year the Soulardarity community comes together at an Annual Meeting to collectively affirm our values, celebrate our accomplishments and community, discuss our priorities and elect a governing Board of Directors. This year, Soulardarity's Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election will take place on Saturday, July 22, 2023.

We invite current dues paying Soulardarity members to run for a Board of Directors seat by submitting your Candidate Form or nominating a Soulardarity member TODAY!

This year, all Board of Directors officer seats will need to be filled. The Board of Directors will appoint from among the Directors a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The Board of Directors may, in its own discretion, appoint from among the Directors a Vice President. The Officers of the Corporation shall serve for one year. Officers may serve any number of consecutive terms.

Please complete the Candidate Form if you have been nominated or are interested in applying as a candidate for the upcoming Soulardarity Board of Directors Election. The Board of Directors Elections will take place during the Soulardarity Annual Membership meeting on Saturday, July 22, 2023. All Board of Directors candidate submissions must be received by Sunday, June 25, 2023 if you wish to have your name for consideration on the election ballot. Please use the Candidate Form to submit your candidate statement why you want to be on the Board of Directors.
